Our very own Hannah Pitt (Rae C Wright), in our production of Angels in America: Part 1: Millennium Approaches, will be teaching a two hour long workshop on Saturday, October 11 as part of our Guest Artist Series! 

The workshop, “The Business of Acting,” will outline the steps to take to find work as an actor. It will be held from 11 am- 1 pm. Advanced registration is required; space available on a first come, first served basis. Students ages 16 to adult welcome. Call the box office to register or visit our website for a registration form!

Pulitzer Prize nominated playwright Richard Vetere’s play, This Living Hand, will be the first featured in our new Playwrights on Park reading series! Tuesday, October 14 at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $5, general admission.

Playhouse on Park is seeking families to host actors from New York during its 2014-15 Season. Length of time varies: a stay is 6 weeks on average, but can range from several days to 10 weeks. Actors require a private bedroom and access to a bathroom and kitchen. Hosts may volunteer yearly or as often as they desire.
